Spring in Edmonton, where I live, is always a bit late to the party. You know the type: a drink in each hand and dancing on the way in. 

I've been looking at pictures of spring blossoms on my Instagram feed and on FB for some time now. But spring barges in here, and we go from brown to green in a hurry. There's no time to waste. The blossoms are sudden ; they are all heart and soul and poetry. They are a message to each of us: hurry and bloom! What are you waiting for?
